I do not like I and I do not like what I write. I do not write like a writer should write. I don’t know why. I think people only read it out of sympathy. Great, eh.

It is five in the morning and I am getting ready to go back at ‘Haida Gwaii’. I know it is coming to a place where an editor can look at it becasue I am wondering about how the hell to get it published!

I have a short story up now. It’s based on the two years I spent working at the psych hospital on Queen Street in Toronto. I have two others, their all based on personalities I met there. I owe it to them to put them on paper. They were all real people, very bright until schizophrenia consumed them.
I want to apologize to you for some of the content of my writing, but it is my experience. I do have nice things in my life, and in my writing. But all things in due time.

Moving forward on my new blog and seem to have found the energy to take a 20 year old 200 page badly overwritten manuscript without a title and turn it into, hmm, maybe 25 pages – If I’m lucky. Thanks Rich, you are the energizer bunny.
